At SpeakEasy Lingua, we strive to maintain fairness while respecting the value of our instructors’ time
and your commitment to learning. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which clients
may or may not be eligible for a refund or lesson credit.
1. General Policy
All payments for lessons, courses, or services are non-refundable once booked and confirmed. Clients
are encouraged to review schedules and ensure availability before making payment.
2. Lesson Rescheduling and Credit
Clients who cancel or reschedule a session at least 12 hours in advance will receive full credit for the
lesson. Lesson credits may be used to rebook another session within the validity period established in
your service plan. No direct monetary refunds will be issued for rescheduled sessions; only lesson
credits will apply.
3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the lesson start time are not
eligible for refunds or credits. Failure to attend a scheduled lesson (a “no-show”) will result in the full
lesson fee being charged with no credit or refund provided.
4. Emergency Exceptions
SpeakEasy Lingua understands that unforeseen emergencies may occur. Clients must contact us
immediately via the designated emergency communication channel (phone or email). Emergency
exceptions (e.g., verified professional emergencies or personal crises) will be reviewed at the sole
discretion of SpeakEasy Lingua management. If approved, a one-time courtesy lesson credit may be
granted. This exception is not guaranteed and will not apply to repeated cancellations.
5. Service Termination or Technical Issues
If a session cannot proceed due to technical issues or instructor unavailability, SpeakEasy Lingua will
reschedule the session at no cost or issue a full credit for future use. Refunds may only be issued if
SpeakEasy Lingua cancels a service and no suitable rescheduling options are available.
6. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing or scheduling a lesson through SpeakEasy Lingua, clients acknowledge and accept this
Refund Policy as part of the overall Terms of Service and Policies & Procedures.
